AI Ops Copilot — Interactive Demo

OpsPilot: Inbound Email Triage & Case Automation

An AI operations copilot for a fictional NBFC ("Meridian Financial") that classifies, extracts, and routes inbound partner emails — payout disputes, KYC resubmissions, claim escalations — auto-approving high-confidence cases and sending the rest to a human review queue.

What's real here: the architecture, routing logic, guardrails, and UI are a genuine working prototype (drag the threshold slider below — it live-reclassifies every row). What's synthetic: the 14 sample emails and their extracted fields are illustrative data I wrote, not real customer correspondence — no real partner, account number, or claim in this demo is real.

Auto-approval confidence threshold

The Business Rules Engine auto-approves a case only if classifier confidence clears this bar and no fraud/value flag is set. Drag it — the queue below re-routes live, same as it would in production if an ops lead tightened or loosened the bar.

Edge Cases & Fraud Flags

Three conditions force human review regardless of confidence score, since a high-confidence classification can still be a high-risk decision:

1. Payout amount above ₹2,00,000  ·  2. Partner ID flagged in the last 90 days  ·  3. Duplicate claim reference number detected.
